Do you offer customization options?

Yes. Every Wanderwood piece is made‑to‑order— you can specify:

  • Dimensions (height, width, depth)

  • Wood species (oak, walnut, maple, etc.)

  • Finish (stain, paint, natural oil)

  • Hardware style (handles, knobs, hinges)

You can select your options in our Design Studio or leave notes at checkout. If you need something extra (inlays, bespoke joinery, unusual materials), just contact our Customer Care team for a custom quote.

  • Production lead time: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation

  • Domestic shipping: 5–10 business days (standard curbside)

  • International shipping: 2–4 weeks (varies by destination and customs)

Once your piece ships, we’ll email you an estimated delivery window and keep you updated at each stage.

  • Free standard curbside delivery on all orders within the continental U.S.

  • White‑glove delivery (assembly + placement) and international shipping carry an additional fee.

You’ll see any applicable shipping charges (or “Free Shipping” badge) clearly in your cart before checkout.

  • Standard curbside delivery: does not include installation or assembly.

  • White‑glove service: available for an extra fee and includes unpacking, assembly, placement in your room, and debris removal.

You can add white‑glove at checkout or by contacting Customer Care.

Because each item is custom‑made:

  • No standard returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or defective pieces: we’ll repair or replace at no cost.

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery and share photos of any damage.

Our goal is that your Wanderwood piece arrives in perfect condition—if it doesn’t, let us know and we’ll make it right.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with:

    • Carrier name

    • Tracking number & link

  • You can also log into “My Orders” on our website to view real‑time status updates.

  • If you need help, just reply to your shipping email or contact Customer Care with your order number.
